Associate, Neal & McDevitt, LLC (2007 - Present) – Jeremy Roe joined Neal & McDevitt as a law clerk in the summer of 2007 and was promoted to Associate in August 2008. Jeremy’s practice includes all aspects of trademark and copyright law, including counseling clients regarding the selection, adoption, use and protection of copyrights and trademarks, licensing, and the registration of domain names. His practice also focuses on technology law, including web development and licensing agreements. Jeremy has litigation experience including proceedings involving trademark and domain name disputes before U.S. Federal Courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Product Manager, CDW Corporation (2000 - 2005) – Jeremy joined CDW Corporation as an Account Manager, with responsibility for developing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. Jeremy was later promoted to IBM Presales Systems Engineer, where he consulted with customers on server and storage solutions. Jeremy was then promoted to Brand Manager for technology providers including Sony, Hewlett-Packard, and Apple. Finally, Jeremy was promoted to Product Manager for Macintosh-compatible hardware and software and digital imaging products.
