Of Counsel, Neal & McDevitt, LLC (2009 – Present) – Liz joined the firm in April 2009 as Of Counsel. Liz’s practice continues to focus on domestic and international trademarks and brand management, including prosecution, enforcement, and transactional matters. She also continues to expand her representation of wine industry clients.

Attorney, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck , LLP (2003 – 2008) – Liz joined BHFS in 2003, where she practiced exclusively in the areas of domestic and international trademarks and brand management, including prosecution, enforcement, and transactional matters. While at BHFS, she continued to develop her wine industry client base.

Associate, Dorsey & Whitney, LLP (2000 – 2002) – At Dorsey & Whitney, Liz specialized in all aspects of domestic and international trademarks, domain names, and copyrights, including matters relating to counseling, selection and acquisition, use, transfer, registration, maintenance, licensing, enforcement, and dispute resolution, and development and enhancement of trademark and domain name portfolios. While at Dorsey & Whitney, she began doing trademark work for California wineries.

Associate, Latham & Watkins (1997-2000) — Liz worked in the Chicago, Washington D.C., and Moscow offices of Latham & Watkins as a clerk, summer associate, and associate. Her practice focused on general corporate and commercial litigation matters.
