Susan Neal

On December 31, 2009, Susan Neal ended her nearly thirty-year career in the practice of Intellectual Property law by retiring from Neal & McDevitt, the firm which she co-found with Kevin McDevitt in 1998. Over her three decades as one of the country’s leading IP attorneys, Susan has counseled scores of clients, both big and small alike, and has litigated countless landmark cases involving the rights of IP holders. Susan is looking forward to embarking on the next chapter of her life and we at Neal & McDevitt are eternally grateful that she chose to share her expertise, professionalism and eternal optimism with us.
