Biography
Grace has over 30 years of experience in trademark prosecution matters and portfolio management. She is responsible for managing the trademark portfolios of major restaurant companies, hotel and motel companies, computer software and hardware companies, food companies, and many others, and for managing the Docketing deadlines. She coordinates the filing, administration and maintenance of both U.S. and international applications.
In connection with duties as a trademark paralegal, Grace is very active in the International Trademark Association (INTA), including past service as Chairman of the Trademark Administrator’s Committee of INTA. Grace is currently serving on the Outreach Subcommittee with the Trademark Administrators Committee for INTA. She has served as a speaker and presenter at several INTA events, including Annual Meetings and Trademark Administrator Meetings and the Annual Meeting for the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Author of several articles for INTA’s Bulletin and co-authored the chapter on domestic prosecution in the Trademark Administration Manual published by INTA. Through involvement in INTA, connected with a network of trademark professionals throughout the United States and throughout the world that facilitates the handling of client trademark issues.
