John F. Metzger

Biography

John is a Senior Litigation Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience in litigation support,
specializing in trademark, trade secret, copyright and contract disputes, and trademark opposition
and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He also
has extensive experience in preparing, processing and reviewing discovery documents and
electronically-stored information, and assisting litigation attorneys in connection with requests
for written discovery, subpoenas and deposition notices, and preparing for and coordinating
depositions, in both in- person and remote settings.

Additionally, he has significant experience assisting attorneys in evaluating and undertaking
appropriate diligence relating to opposing memoranda of law and other briefs. John has significant
experience supporting litigation attorneys in all aspect of case management and electronic filing
for a broad array of civil litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New York state courts, and
various federal courts and the TTAB.

John works out of the firm’s office in the Philadelphia suburbs.
